Lower Cap Removal Wrench. Tool for Rebuild of Saphire/Onyx/Diamond fork/DVO Fork

This is for 2 6061 aluminum CNC machined tools for all 34mm stanchion DVO forks.

The first is a 2-sided wrench used to remove the caps at the bottom of the sanctions of Onyx and Saphire forks. One end has the thinner longer notches and the other has the smaller wider notches. (see pics). These have a tendency to come off very hard so we built the tool heavy duty.

The Pinned socket fits the Diamond Fork end cap of the intermediate tube. It has hardened pins and a 3/8 square drive You have to remove the 10mm shaft then you have to hold the center with the provided socket then loosen the ring locking nut with either a 1-1/16th or 27mm wrench or a adjustable wrench with that range.

Im not sure if these will fit the 32mm sanction versions.
